30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or order number.

Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or opened unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tawani.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
